Fifteen years gone by?!

It is almost APRIL! Time zips by indeed.

It was April 1, 2010 (FIFTEEN YEARS AGO!!! Zoinks!) that I launched the Happiness Club. A free monthly community service gathering teaching science of happiness. Tips, tricks, tools for more joyful living.

We met at the community room at the Loves Park library. Every month. FOR FIVE YEARS. When the library went under construction in the summer of 2015 and we no longer could use the room, it was the perfect divine timing to let Happiness Club go. I am so grateful for all that has transpired. It will be ten years this July since we ended and I STILL hear from folks who miss it and are grateful too for all that evolved from those meetups.

Life keeps evolving and we host things aplenty here at our Joy House. I had an urge the other day to do more "public" stuff again and reached out to the library. They do not rent the community room anymore. C'est la vie.

It is 2025 and here we are. Ever evolving. What does tomorrow have in store? I do not know. But I do continue to feel called to keep offering events and gatherings. If you feel called to join us here at the Joy House, please do. If you have a hankering for something that is not offered, reach out and maybe we can make it happen.

Let's keep widening the circle of love.
